.“Dezeplek.nl”
(this place) is a project about special places in public space which
we tend to walk by and forget. It tries to capture the various memories,
opinions and visions that are connected to this specific place.
“Dezeplek.nl” connects the internet with the real world:
people can create a personal monument online that will be projected
at a specific location in public space. The monument visualises
the personal relationship with that place by laying a virtual layer
over the physical world. “This place” confronts people
with the personal stories and tries to reveal the beauty of the
city and its residents.
